Community disputes are those for which no court action has been initiated or for which resolution services are not required on the day of hearing. These may include, but are not limited to, disputes between consumers and merchants, tenants and landlords, businesses, coworkers, neighbors, students, and family members. This may also include disputes between representatives of law enforcement and members of the community.
