Katie joined the CCR team as the Field Director in March 2020 and moved into the Associate Director role in 2022. She brings with her a conflict resolution skillset honed over many years in various industries. Katie has extensive experience in strategic project administration and facilitation. She is skilled at identifying organizational challenges and devising creative solutions to transform work cultures. Katie has a direct and authentic manner which enables her to create foundational and lasting employment satisfaction. She infuses this same passion and skillset into her mediation philosophy and practice.
Katie holds a Master of Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University.
Katie is a certified Hogan Assessment provider. She is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Dispute Resolution Section. Katie is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and attempts to bring a sense of balance into everything she does.
